Shipping Delivery + Processing

Most in-stock items ship within 2-4 business days of ordering. Our warehouse ships Monday-Friday so please keep this in mind when placing orders on Saturday or Sundays. During holidays or other high volume shipping times please allow for extra processing time.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and may come in multiple shipments particularly in the case of out-of-stock or back-ordered items.
In the rare occasion that an item is temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered you will be notified in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order; or should there be any unforeseen delay thereafter, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

Pricing Policy

The availability, price, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in price, availability, descriptions, or images of certain items, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented in our catalog and on our website; omissions or errors are subject to corrections. Please note that once an order is placed, promo codes cannot be exchanged for another promo code or offer.

International Shipments

Unfortunately, international shipping to countries other than U.S. territories is not available at this time.

PO Boxes + APO Boxes

We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time. A physical address must be provided for all orders.

Can I cancel my order?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, UPS, etc), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify us by emailing Pokinihome@hotmail.com
. We'll review all cases and will do our best to send out a replacement order or issue a store credit if possible.If your tracking number says that your package has been delivered but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:

1.Verify the shipping address on your order that it's correct
2.Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
3.Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
4.Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
5.Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving

POKINI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.
